Con la consulta inicial se realiza la planificación, manejo del presupuesto; sugerencias desde la vestimenta, decoración, de-gustación y detalles de la ceremonia. Reuniones, negociaciones y contratación de los proveedores de servicio. Ensayo de la ceremonia y la recepción. Durante todo ese proceso nos mantenemos en contacto a través de vía telefónica y/o correo electrónico desde el día de contratación. Dirigir el Séquito y todo su proceso hasta el desmontaje del equipo al finalizar la boda.
SOCIAL EVENT, EVENTOS SOCIALES
Social Events

Reuniones, negociaciones y contratación de los proveedores de servicio. Preparación de la logística de la ubicación, (site). Durante todo ese proceso nos mantenemos en contacto a través de vía telefónica y/o correo electrónico desde el día de contratación.Nuestra coordinación del evento el día del mismo desde su inicio de la actividad hasta el desmontaje del equipo al finalizar el mismo.

Reuniones, negociaciones y contratación de los proveedores de servicio. Preparación de la logística de la ubicación, (site). Durante todo ese proceso nos mantenemos en contacto a través de vía telefónica y/o correo electrónico desde el día de contratación. Coordinación y confirmación de las horas de llegada para los proveedores de servicios. Asistencia durante el montaje y la decoración en el local de elegido para el evento corporativo. Desde el inicio de la actividad hasta el desmontaje del equipo al finalizar la misma.
